Not only will you have to list all of your previous positions and go through what was expected of you in each position, you will also have to categorically indicate what your successes were in each position. Try to show when you have been directly responsible for improved performance of higher sales. Back this up with figures wherever possible.

You do not want your resume to go on forever, so if you have a number of qualifications such as masters and PhD’s, then I would advise you to focus on the two highest qualifications. This section should delve onto what you do in your spare time, but as much as you can, this should still have a professional air to it. Try to mention any committees that you are on, or any groups that you might be involved with in a business/pleasure capacity. This can show a commitment to your career, as well as indicating important connections in the business world.
