I am writing this cover letter to apply for the position of Restaurant Hostess at the Dresden Roast Café, as advertised in the Indianapolis Hotspot. I have been a regular customer for over three years, as well as have five years experience as a hostess as required by this position.
I have worked in two other restaurants in the Indianapolis area, as both bar staff and hostess; and so, am very well acquainted of the skills and talents required of a hostess: It is invaluable that he/she be extremely great with people, able to organize, work in a fast paced environment, and compliment other members of staff to make the entire restaurant operation run smoothly.
