I write in response to your advertisement seeking a Hotel Clerk for full time availability, and have included my resume for your review.
I have over five years working in customer service roles, as well as three of these years in hotel settings. My skills that make me more than qualified for this position include-but are not limited to: communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and the capability of being a team player as well as a leader. I take full responsibility for my role and strive to always make the customer happy. I work very hard to both of these outcomes, and it has given me success in my previous places of employment thus far.
I enjoy working with people on a constant basis, answering phones, taking reservations, and fielding invoices. This, coupled with my experience makes me a great candidate for this position.
