Account Service Manager Responsibilities and Duties

Provide assistance and training to customers as and when needed.
Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
Manage and maintain all customer documentations.
Maintain extensive knowledge of Company’s products and services.
Identify and resolve potential business issues.
Attend project status meetings with customers and Account Executives.
Approve, manage, implement and document change requests.
Implement sales plans to meet business goals.
