Accountant Analyst Responsibilities and Duties

Administer and reconciled all balance sheet accounts for various payroll functions.
Evaluate all bonuses, salaries and payroll taxes on a monthly basis.
Participate in board meetings and analyze accounts.
Monitor various key businesses for financial variances.
Analyze processes and develop plans to improve efficiency.
Manage effective filing of reports for securities and exchange commissions and prepare annual reports.
Supervise effective working of accounting staff on everyday basis.
Administer all complex accounting issues and prepare appropriate solutions for same.
