You should be mentioning things like having mentored people and lead them to new career highs such as job promotions and awards. You should also indicate if you have created work plans for people and if you have purely mentored individuals or if you have mentored groups of colleagues in the past.

The final section of your Mentor Resume should focus on your qualifications. For anyone to make it to the impressive level of Mentor there is no doubt and you need to have risen to the very top of your field, and in order to have done that you will likely have achieved masters or even PhD status in your discipline. Give a clear outline to the route of your qualifications, starting with your Degree and subject and lead on from there.
