There are very few qualifications for this sort of position, and a lot of people manage to land picking jobs straight out of school. That being said, some qualifications are bound to help you, and if you can show that you have made an effort to find some sort of qualification, license or certificate which will help you in the workplace then this is bound to put you in good stead. Examples would be a fork lift truck licence, a first aid certificate or a health and safety in the workplace certificate.
