The person should be able to perform basic duties like monitoring blood pressure, heart rate and temperature. The New Grad Nurse should be able to take preventive measures in case of emergency and should have the ability to demonstrate treatment measures to the patient as well as his or her family. The New Grad Nurse should maintain patient hygiene through bed bathing, attending to defecation and urinary matters. New Grad Nurse should be able to monitor the progress of a patient during therapy.
