Perioperative NursePerioperative Nurse is a registered nurse who cares for the patient before, during, and after surgery. The perioperative nurse plans and directs nursing care for patients who are undergoing operation. A perioperative nurse works closely with the surgical patient, family members and other health-care professionals to help plan, implement and evaluate treatment. The main responsibility is to assist the surgeon in passing equipments, administering injections and other related works during operations.
