Head TeacherThe Head teacher should be able to demonstrate the ability to develop a shared vision, which inspires and motivates pupils, staff and all other members of the school community. The Head teacher's administrative responsibilities include to provide advice to the Governors on matters relating to the school; to ensure that proper decisions of the Governors are put into effect as efficiently as possible; to provide information about the school to parents and others and to have overall responsibility for the security of the school and its contents. He/she is responsible for raising the quality of teaching and learning and for pupils’ achievements within a successful learning culture.
