The school Principal/administrator serves as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe traditional learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the school. A School principal Provides administrative support for the completion of effective support services in the running of the school. A School administrator Provides point of contact for parents and visitors, ensuring information flows are effective. The principal will be responsible for deploying and managing all teaching and non-teaching staff and allocating particular duties to them as are consistent with their terms and conditions of employment.
The responsibilities of School principal/administrator includes Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic performance; Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the school consistent with the philosophy, mission, values and goals of the school; Supervise the instructional programs of the school, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes on a regular basis; Ensures the effectiveness of the instructional program by measuring student achievement against state and local standards and many other administrative works.
