It also gives you the opportunity to spell out to the reader why you should be considered for the role. You can mention having had to create rotas for large groups of staff, you can mention that you had to observe other kitchen staff to evaluate both them and the overall operation of the kitchen in order to discover ways of allowing the restaurant to operate more efficiently.

The final section of your Steward Resume should focus on your qualifications. In an ideal world you will have a qualification from a catering college, or failing that, you may have an Associate degree in management, or business communication or studies. It will also benefit you to have some sort f certificate in the culinary environment, such as a certificate from the American Association of Culinary Professionals.
