Here is the Experienced Aircraft Dispatcher Cover Letter Example:

Dear Ms. Krystal Berumen,

After viewing the position of Aircraft Dispatcher posted by American Airlines, I knew I had to send in my resume right away.

This position is perfect for me, as I have been working towards this type of job since college. I am submitting documents that I believe are relevant to this position but here is a brief recap of my skills and experience that has helped prepared me for this position.

I have a pilot license and flew for a commercial airline for over four years. I also have experience working as an assistant dispatcher for two years. I have an Associate degree in physics and I am currently in the process of receiving my bachelor’s degree.

My hearing and vision is perfect and I have the ability to pronounce my words clearly, so there is little room for misunderstandings. I have good judgment and can make decisions that determine if an aircraft should stay on the runway or if it is safe for them to leave.

Since I do fly myself, I understand the problems that pilots face and I believe this gives me the ability to make important decisions to keep pilots and passengers safe. I also have a good understanding of weather patterns and know when planes should stay grounded due to bad weather conditions. I have the ability to calmly talk pilots through emergencies and give them the reassurance they need to land safely.

I understand the stress and responsibility of this position and fully believe that I am the right person for the job. You can reach me anytime by calling (555)-555-5555.

Sincerely,

Your Signature
