Being a recruiter would give me a chance to talk to others about the army and explain all the benefits associated with being in the military. While there are risks involved, the advantages and having the opportunity to protect and serve the country is worth is.

I have the exceptional communications skills that will help me get this point across to possible recruits and persuade me to give it some serious thought. Being in the military myself, I do understand the importance of finding quality recruits that meet certain standards and I am good at judging someone’s character just by holding a conversation with them. For this reason, I am sure I can find quality candidates that meet army standards.
