Here is the Proactive Biomedical Technician Cover Letter Example:

Dear Ms. Hamann,

Upon seeing the Biomedical Engineer position with Fairview Health Services, I knew this was the job I have been looking for over the last couple of years.

For the last eight years, I have held this position at Valley Hospital and Medical Center and it has been a very rewarding and interesting career. However, I welcome the chance to work for a company such as yours in which I can meet and conquer new challenges in this field.

I have a full understanding of the modern equipment and electronic systems used in biomedicine. I have experience installing, calibrating and adjusting the equipment used in hospitals and I always schedule regular maintenance checks on the equipment to prevent major breakdowns.

I know which tests to run to locate the problems quickly that can cause this type of equipment to malfunction. I then have the ability to fix the problem and get the equipment back up and running again in a timely manner.

I have worked with all types of sensitive machinery that includes heart monitors, ultrasounds, defibrillators and dialysis machines. I have the ability to keep detailed reports on all of the installation and repairs that I make and to explain the problems encountered to superiors. I can also offer advice to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.

I have the skills and experience needed to train staff members on the new equipment I install or when upgrades are made to existing equipment. I am available to work nights and weekends when necessary and I hope to speak with you in person soon.

You can reach me by calling (555)-555-5555.

Sincerely,

Signature
