Attached you will find my resume in consideration for the position that is currently available in the home improvement department of your company Sunshine Home Improvement Inc.

My education includes a high school diploma along with a two year apprenticeship with a top carpenter in my area along with six years working in the home improvement sector of this field. In my past position it was my duty to take direction from my supervisor to make the needed repairs to homes to improve the overall features of the home. I have also worked with green materials and understand the special needs for green home improvement.

It was also my task to build wooden structures including walls, doors and window frames in order to bring a home up to the code and standards of the area. I have worked with blueprints as guides to building and have also created my own blueprints for the same purpose. There is no problem with my understanding the math required in order to complete projects to make sure all angles are completely secure and to make sure all separate aspects of building fit perfectly every time.

I have great knowledge of all equipment that is used in order to complete tasks including band and circular saws, band sanders, routers among many others. There is no problem with my on the job safety practices as I understand the need to be safe at all times and I have never had a serious injury while on the worksite.
