Proactive Studio Assistant Cover Letter Example

I have an associate degree in digital photography and two years of freelancing experience, so I am very familiar with the different equipment used in photography. This includes the older film processing machines, the newer digital processing tools and computer programs used in this industry. My training consists of film development, preparing background scenery and adjusting lighting.

I have the ability to perform the administrative duties of this position such as greeting customers, making appointments, handling billing procedures and making sure the studio complies with all laws and regulations regarding this industry. I can also keep track of the inventory and make sure film, albums and other materials needed to keep the studio running smoothly are in stock and I have the ability to help keep the studio clean, organized and ready for the clients.

My energetic but friendly personality helps to create a welcoming environment where customers feel at ease and know they are receiving professional service. I get along great with kids and have a knack for getting them to sit still for photos and I can help clients choose the best package deals for their needs.
