I have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and have more than five years of practical experience. There were many tasks that were assigned to me in my last place of employ and they included coordinating with customers and providing assistance to them via the phone and at their site and providing technical support to all the engineers for various wireless networks. I also performed maintenance on all project processes and enhanced them appropriately along with maintaining various equipments and performing upgrades as when required.

I also developed and planned wireless networks and designed enhancements for same and assisted the sales and marketing teams in pre and post sales and ensured the quality of services for same. My communication skills are great which allows me to train and assist internal staff and engineer in all wireless technologies. This includes the ability to supervise all hardware installation and to ensure the appropriate integration of network product in various networks. I can also determine any client requirements and execute all wireless projects for them.

One thing that has always been important to me is maintaining knowledge on new wireless network products in order to keep the company and clients up to date on all new technologies.
