Banquet Server Responsibilities and Duties

Serve guests at the banquet with courtesy.

Ensure guest experience a memorable one.

Assist and support other banquet staff in serving guests.

Assist and support banquet manager in managing events.

Serve guests at banquets, meetings, events, conventions and conferences.

Make seating arrangements for guests.

Escort guests to the event.

Handle properly and safely all glassware, silverware, linen and props.

Assist and support chef and other banquet staff in preparing foods.

Mix drinks in a right measure in accordance to the guest needs.
