Logistic Analyst Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain and update customer’s parts master along with item masters.

Ensure entire inventory and QMS processes and methods strictly adhere to LC guidelines working with LC Manager.

Support logistic distribution as well as network studies.

Facilitate to monitor inventory and evaluate requirements to develop strategies for accomplishing desired delivery schedule.

Gather, process and maintains logistic analysis data.

Assist to maintain logistics support policy, planning procedure along with similar documents.

Manage routine warehouse front office activities and operations.

Maintain accuracy and update outbound and inbound client order files.

Perform everyday inventory management for LC accounts.

Ensure to reconcile inventory discrepancies and report LC Manager about inventory metrics.

Resolve order as well as inventory discrepancies arising in LC daily working with Control Tower and clients.

Perform with Operations Supervisor to assign all UOM’s properly to inventory in LC.

Develop and maintain relations between LC and Control Tower staff to ensure all orders along with transportation management protocols are complied with QMS specifications.

Perform with Supervisors to ensure orders release and apt inventory allocation against orders.

Develop best Inventory Control functions practices working with LC Manager.
