I am excited about the open position of Corporate Secretary now available with The Mergis Group.

I have an associate degree in business correspondence and I am currently studying law. I have experience working in an administrate position where I performed the general office duties such as answering phones, setting up appointments and greeting clients and business associates.

These duties also consisted of maintaining and filing all official records for the company such as reports, invoices and other documents. I took care of all correspondence incoming and outgoing from the office, ordered supplies and managed the office staff.

I have strong multi-tasking abilities, interpersonal and communication skills, which gives me the ability to serve as the go between for upper management, directors and shareholders. I have the skills and training to ensure all fiduciary duties provided by board members for shareholders follow the appropriate steps and to ensure they adhere to state law at all times.

I am familiar with the general corporate guidelines that apply to this position such as the election process of the Board of Directors. I also possess excellent math and organizational skills and the ability to conduct extensive research on legislative and all other regulatory corporate issues.
