While in high school, I worked part time for a small law firm where I held this position for over a year. During that time, I performed a variety of administrative duties that included filing documents, filling out paperwork, completing reports, sending and receiving emails. I also answered phones and took messages from clients and business partners.
I worked directly with clients providing them with general information about the firm, setting up appointments and greeting clients when they arrived at the office. I speak two languages fluently and I have the ability to make clients feel welcome and relaxed by maintaining a friendly but professional attitude at all times.
I have extensive computer knowledge and experience working with MS Word, Spreadsheets and Excel along with a variety of other programs.
