I have the writing skills to create progress reports and the communication skills needed to convey information in writing and verbally in a clean and concise manner to avoid confusion. I know how to read and understand project blueprints and to make sure guidelines are followed precisely.

I am dependable, committed to my job and I take full accountability for any project under my supervision. I am also familiar with and have the ability to comply with all local, state and federal building and safety codes.
