I am applying for a Courier Driver position with Quicksilver Express Courier and I hope that you will consider me for this position.

I meet the requirements for this job and I have a clean driving record. I also hold a commercial driver’s license and I have experience driving delivery trucks that I acquired by working for a delivery company for the past two years.

I am familiar with using scanning technology, GPS systems, reading maps and I have the skills needed to fill out paperwork and to keep accurate records. I am also very familiar with the area so I already know my way around. I am physically fit and able to lift large packages and I have the ability to load and unload delivery trucks without any problems.

I am a dependable, hard worker with the ability to make deliveries and pick-ups on time, even when the deadlines are tight. I have a great eye for detail and I have some basic mechanical skills that come in handy when on the road a lot. I always practice good safety habits and I will handle packages with the care they deserve.

I will represent your company in a professional manner and I believe it is very important to maintain a neat, clean appearance at all times. In addition, I always provide great customer service. I am highly motivated and willing to participate in any training programs your company offers to enhance my career and help me become a valued member of your company.
