I would like to express my interest in the HR Advisor position now available with Axiom Management Inc.

I currently hold this position with a well-established organization where I have a proven track record of recruiting and hiring quality employees that have helped the company reach its objectives. I currently hold a bachelor’s degree in administration and I am working towards my master’s degree in business management.

I have outstanding research abilities that make it possible for me to find the best employees for your company. I carefully screen all applicants and personally conduct the interviews to make sure only the best candidates for the job at hand are selected. I keep excellent records of all applicants interviewed and new hires. I also have experience evaluating employee performance to identify and deal with any issues that arise in a professional and timely manner.

My experience includes providing the appropriate training for all employees to ensure they know their jobs, proper procedures and policies set forth by the company. I also have experience evaluating existing policies and procedures to look for ways to enhance productivity and with implementing new policies and programs when appropriate.
