I have the skills to act as mediator between all parties and I have excellent research skills needed to gather information relevant to each case. I am very persistence with the ability to follow through each case until all details are uncovered. I have excellent communication skills with the ability to interview witnesses involved with each claim. I have the training and knowledge to review the claims for accuracy and to make sure that all paperwork is complete.

I also have the ability to verify the damages claimed to make sure they are covered by the policy. After verifying all information, I have the ability to keep all claims updated, negotiate payments and make sure payments are made in a timely manner and according to company policy. I have excellent decision-making skills and a reputation of being dependable and trustworthy.
