I am applying for the laundry assistant position that has recently opened in your company Trilogy Health Services, LLC. I have included my resume for you to look over at your convenience.

I have a high school diploma and have worked as a laundry assistant for more than six years with a high paced laundry service. It is understood that this type of job would require me to be in good physical health and heavy lifting is also a part of the tasks that would be required of me. There would be no problem as I am strong and can handle the heat of the laundry room as well as the lifting and sorting in order to complete all aspects of washing and drying the laundry.

In my last position, my duties were to assist the laundry manager in directing laundry and uniform personnel to ensure consistent supply of clean, neat and quality linens and uniforms. It was also up to me to perform laundry activities according to the health standards department and to ensure that all laundry equipment and the facility were in good repair and clean at all times. I also assisted in ensuring to promote active team work within the laundry department and maintained strong interdepartmental relations.
