Here is the Transactional Attorney Cover Letter example:

Dear Ms. Charlotte Hays,

I would like to be considered for a transactional attorney at your company SilverSpring Networks Inc. and have attached my resume, my references and all credentials for your consideration and perusal.

I have a master’s degree in business law and have completed law school and have also passed the bar along with practicing for more than five years. My skills include an expert status in the drafting, execution, and administration of such important business documents as deeds for real estate, employment contracts, merger documents, and even in the transfer of intellectual property and trademarks from one company to another. I am able to handle any type of transaction or series of transactions that affect the ability of the company to function within the perimeters laid down by the laws of the state and that would be well understood by a transaction attorney.

In my last employment I was on hand to review any and all business transactions that the company chose to consider. These transactions involved acquisitions, contracts, or revisions of real estate holdings before anything was submitted to the local courts to have to approval and enforcement of the transaction.

With my strong written and verbal communication skills, I was able to ensure that the documents were drafted precisely in order to convey the intentions of the company and were worded in a manner that was acceptable to local law and courts.

I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you further in regards to the transactional attorney position with your company. Please feel free to contact me at any time by calling (555)-555-5555.

Respectfully,

Signature

Mary Nelson
