Dear Ms. Linda Robinson,

Attached is my resume for consideration of the market research manager position that is currently available at your company Winsby Inc.

I have a bachelor’s degree in marketing and have worked in the industry for my entire career which would be a benefit to any company that brings me onboard. In my last company I was responsible for the development and execution of all customer opinion studies and quantitative and qualitative market research studies for the company and for outside clients. This was done in order to perform market segmentation research and develop customer engagement strategies.

It was also my task to develop and create sample for the interviewers to contact in order to gain their cooperation during the research phase. The interviews are one of the best tools in market research and it was my task to train interviewers on aversion techniques that allowed them to gain cooperation more easily. This included working one on one with interviewers who were struggling and needed extra help in order to meet the goals without wearing out the samples needlessly.

I was also responsible for setting and meeting the goals of the marketing department for either internal or client based criteria. My communication skills are quite good which comes in handy when speaking with clients or conducting meetings internally or during training sessions.

If you would like to speak to me further, please feel free to contact me at any time by calling (555)-555-5555 to set up a time for an interview. I am available at your earliest convenience.

Respectfully,

Your Signature
