Here is the Detail-oriented Theatre Nurse Cover Letter Example:

Dear Ms. Charlene Patterson,

I am applying for the Theatre Nurse position at Silver Cross Hospital and I meet the requirements listed in your advertisement.

I have Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and I passed the CNOR exam. I am licensed to practice in this state and I currently work as an RN in the emergency room of one of the largest hospitals in the area. My experience includes evaluating patients as they entered the ER to determine their condition. I have the ability stay calm and focused during emergencies and respond quickly to determine the severity of the situation.

My training qualifies me to treat trauma patients and the critically ill and to prepare them for surgery. I have experience talking with patients to explain the procedure to them to help prepare and understand what to expect. Before the surgery, I have the skills to run blood test and to prepare the operating room by checking the instruments and making sure the room and equipment is sterile and ready for the patient.

I have the ability to pay close attention to details and to monitor the patient’s vital and overall condition to look for signs that could indicate complications and report changes to the surgeon immediately. Once the procedure is over, I will continue monitoring the patient, administer medications, clean the wound and change the dressing to prevent the risks of infection.

I have compassion for these patients during this difficult time in their life and understand how devastating it can be for both the patients and their families.

My contact number is (555)-555-5555 and I hope to meet with you soon.

Respectfully,

Signature
