I am currently seeking a position as a Loss Prevention Manager with your company, Bon-Ton Stores Inc.
I have the proper certification in Loss Prevention as well as many years of on the job training in my last position in the hospitality field. I am well versed in job safety methods and also have been certified in all forms of lifesaving techniques including CPR. One of the job duties that I enjoy the most is putting security measures into place to keep losses down due to employee or third party theft. I am well aware that this type of loss can be huge for any company large or small.
In my last position I was responsible for implementing new ideas for creating a loss prevention and workplace safety plan. My plan included both on the job safety issues as well as those that affected the customers and clientele. There we no emergency plans in place besides calling the authorities but now all employees have been trained in what to do in the event of a natural disaster or if there is an emergency such as a hostile person on the premises. My people skills are top notch and I was given the task of training all employees in the new procedures that were implemented.
I can bring this same attention to detail to your company by assessing all previous loss statements, conducting a search of the property for breaches and by designing a new plan. I would have no problem bringing changes that would benefit your company and would train all employees in a new system.
