My major in college was marketing and economics and have worked in this industry for over six years as a sales support coordinator. I am able to perform general offices duties which include handling multiline phone systems, processing and assigning new service requests, answering questions from customers and complaints and always maintain a professional attitude. I am also excellent at communicating with customers; up selling the product line and performing follow up communications with customers within the time frame allotted.
I am highly computer literate and have an expert’s knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages and other similar computer programs. I am a quick learner and would not have a problem learning any in house software programs that would be necessary for my job functions. Your company would find me to be an asset due to my written and verbal skills and my love of multitasking and prioritizing the day’s workload.
I am highly detail oriented and am self motivated with the ability to work alone or can be an effective part of team collaboration too. Many of my colleagues have found me to be both professional as well as personable with a great attitude towards my workday. I have never called in sick and always work late if that is what it takes to clear my desk.
