Here is the Professional Infant Teacher Cover Letter Example:

Dear Ms. Lynette Townsend,

Hello, I would like to inquire about the infant teacher position that is currently available at your school The Goddard School. For your convenience, I have attached my resume.

I have a high school diploma and have attained licensing as a Child Development Associate and have worked in the industry for many years. While my experience ranges from all age groups between infants and toddlers, I find working with infants to be the most rewarding. I have worked in both in home settings and day care settings and can offer care to as many as four infants at one time.

I understand that the hours may be hectic and that there may be times when working late hours or weekends would be required of me and this would not be a problem. My communication skills are quite good which comes in handy when dealing with parents who may have attachment issues. These also come into play when teaching infants simple words and phrases. Infant sign language is also a skill I am proficient at so when parents use this technique I can easily reinforce this while the infant is in my care.

When it comes to taking care of the infant’s needs that is not a problem. Handling dirty diapers and giving care is not an issue and it is understood that these are important aspects of the infant’s daily routine.

Please feel free to contact me at any time to discuss your needs for an infant teacher by calling (555)-555-5555.

Respectfully,
