I have received the necessary training from an AMI training center where I received my AMI diploma. I studied the child development and psychology for elementary school age kids age 6 through 12 and I learned the Montessori educational methods of teaching.

I have the skills to work with other teachers to help create the curriculum needed to help the students grow and develop in every area, not just intellectually. This includes socially, physically and emotionally. I can maintain regular communication with the student’s parents or guardians to keep them updated on their child’s progress.

I have the ability to maintain a safe and clean environment for students and to keep a watchful eye on the children at all times to help prevent accidents from occurring. I can observe the children and determine what they need based on their actions and the way they respond to the lesson plans. In addition, I will always treat all of my students in a friendly and respectful manner.

I have the training needed to provide a nurturing environment that helps to stimulate the growth of children. This type of environment helps to encourage participation and allows the children to explore different areas of learning. I am ready and able to put my training to work to help teach children how to reach their own potential through independent growth.
