Dear Ms. Dawn Valvo,

I am applying for the Training Administrator position with GP Strategies Corporation.

I have a bachelor’s degree in business management and worked as a training assistant for three years to gain hands on experience working with training programs. During this time, I acquired excellent computer skills and the ability to design and implement training programs that are effective and within the company’s budget.

I have the skills to oversee your training programs from the beginning stages to the end. I possess strong communicate skills with the ability to meet with the managers of the different departments to determine their needs. By learning what the jobs entail, I can create effective programs that will help prepare the new employees for their job by determining the best teaching method to use and by making sure the instructors have the materials needed to conduct the training.

I also have the experience needed to coordinate and schedule the training programs according to the special needs of each department and to plan special activities and events designed for training purposes when necessary.

Creating training classes that cater to individuals and groups is part of my abilities. I also have the skills to monitor and evaluate all programs to ensure they are effective and to look for ways to make improvements. I am team oriented, pay close attention to detail and have the skills to create effective training programs for your company.
