I am applying for the Training Consultant position with Hallmarl Global Tech. Inc and I possess the knowledge and experience needed to teach trainers how to do their job in a thorough and efficient manner.

I have a bachelor’s degree in instructional design and I have over three years experience working as an intern for a company very similar to yours. During this time, I worked directly under the Training Consultant where I had the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in this field.

I have extensive knowledge of computer programs such as Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office suite, Tool book, Flash, PowerPoint and Word. I also have the ability to use these and other software programs to create interesting material to use when training new employees.

These training tools include instructional manuals that explain how to perform certain duties correctly. They also include videos to use during orientations to help teach new employees about your company and it includes training videos that will teach them how to do specific tasks. I have the ability to evaluate the current training materials and find ways that will make this process more efficient without going over the set budget.

I have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with others easily. I also have the ability to help create a calm and comfortable environment that makes it easier for new employees to learn.
