I am applying for the Training Coordinator position with General Physics Corporation.

I have a degree in education and two years of experience working as a Training Coordinator where I fine-tuned my skills in this profession. I have the teaching skills needed to hold this position and the ability to quickly learn the information I need to teach the trainees.

I have experience conducting orientations for new hires and teaching current employees new procedures when something is added to a department. I also helped to teach employees new jobs when they switched departments.

My experience includes creating a calendar that will allow time to properly train employees. I also drew up an outline that explained what classes were being taught at a specific time, what they would entail and how long they would last. This helped me to stay organized and the company always knew what classes were available and when.

My experience includes adhering to a strict budget while still providing the training employees need to do their job efficiently. I have administrative skills and the knowledge and training needed to help create the training programs.
