I am very interested in the ADA Coordinator position with City of Miami Beach, FL.
I have acquired a bachelor’s degree in human resource management with courses that centered on psychology, social sciences and human resources. My goal is to act as a link between the County and the disability advocacy groups to make sure that all disabled individuals receive the services they deserve.
I have the ability to monitor the Capital Budget to see where the funds are used and to make sure they are accessible throughout the County where everyone can take advantage of them. I have the training and experience needed to coordinate programs that comply with all state and federal disability laws and regulations. I also stay current on any changes that take place in the laws and regulations to make sure procedures and policies are updated as needed.
I have the skills to make sure that procedures are in place to handle all types of discrimination complaints that will provide fast and impartial solutions for problems that occur. I have outstanding analytical skills needed to review the complaints and to make the final decisions regarding allegations.
I also have the skills to handle the administrative duties associated with this position and I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
