I have the training needed to process daily accounts payable transactions accurately and to prioritize the workload in order to increase productively. I have extensive knowledge of the software and programs used in accounting and I have experience preparing invoices by verifying all transactions and processing them for payment.

I have excellent customer service skills with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the customers and I possess excellent problem solving skills with the ability to resolve issues in a fast and efficient manner. I understand the importance of confidentiality and I always adhere to a high ethical standard.

I have experience performing clerical duties such as filing and maintaining excellent records and I possess excellent bookkeeping skills. I always maintain a high level of accuracy and I complete all work in a timely fashion. I am dependable, trustworthy and I have the ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
