Dear Ms. Caroline Lenk,

I am searching for a position in Communications that offers advancement opportunities.

I have an associate degree in public relations and extensive knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel in addition to a variety of other computer programs. My experience includes working as a journalist for two years at Sinclair Broadcast Group where I became familiar with different types of mediums and gained experience working with social networking sites.

My goal is to enhance my skills and continue my education to move into a supervisor’s position over time. Securing an entry-level job with a company that offers the chance to advance is a great way to get my career started and I am confident that my current skills will prove to be of value as I learn and grow with a company.

I have excellent verbal and written skills that allow me to communicate efficiently with others along with good leadership and interpersonal skills that will go a long ways in helping build a strong client/company relationship. I am very organized and have the ability to manage my time efficiently to work on different tasks throughout the day. My personal skills include the ability to stay focus, to learn quickly and to find solutions for problems as they arise.
