I have excellent phone etiquette and the ability to answer calls using your company’s greetings. I also have the skills to keep detailed information concerning all calls and I speak two languages fluently. When problems arise, I possess active listening skills with the ability to stay focused in order to understand the problem and to determine what the customer wants or expect in order to resolve the issue.
I then have the ability to look for the best solution available that will make the customer happy while following the rules and policies set forth by the company. If this is not possible and the customer becomes upset with the options, I have the ability to remain calm and professional while referring them to an agent in a higher position.
