I have a degree in business and I held the position of assistant manager of a large retail store for two years. During this time, I gained excellent leadership skills and learned how to perform managerial duties but I also discovered that I have knack for solving problems related to customer service. Due to my experience and personal skills, I am confident that I am the best applicant for this position.

I have extensive computer knowledge with experience using social networking sites, which is a great way to find out exactly how customers feel about certain products and services. I also have the skills to use surveys, questionnaires and other means of gathering information to collect data concerning customer satisfaction.

I can use this information to determine what is most important for consumers and what they want and expect when interacting with the company. After collecting and analyzing the data, I have the knowledge to use this information to create strategies and procedures that will improve customer satisfaction and help your business grow.

I work well in a team setting and I have the ability to be supportive and to provide constructive criticism when helping staff provide great customer service. I also have excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
