I have a bachelor’s degree in analytics and have worked in this industry for many years. In my previous employment, I was responsible for the development and implementation of new ways to better the customer service for the company. I did this through analyzing and summarizing the entire problem in order to prepare better responses and solutions for each individual customer.
I have also evaluated and prioritized all customer questions to ensure that the department was addressing them appropriately. No matter the means of the customer service, phone, email or online chat, I have delivered quick and professional answers for all issues. I have also categorized, recorded and documented all queries for training purposes and for future reference.
I am outgoing and do not have a problem when discussing the customer service issues with other departments to ensure that any problems with manufacturing or poor quality products are handled appropriately. I am highly professional and can also meet with clients in order to fill them in on any issues that are being addressed through the customer service department.
I understand that I may need to speak to customers directly and understand that they may not be at their best when contacting this department. I am always courteous and attempt to alleviate the situation in the best way for both the customer and the client or business.
