I have a high school diploma and have worked in customer service for my entire career. I love the challenge of helping customers get through their issues and to come up with a solution that helps them. I am also familiar with database and accounting software and know how to check and verify all of the accounts of customers to ensure that they up to date.

I have implemented new means for handling customer requests and complaints and could bring these innovations to your customer service department.
I have great phone skills and can communicate effectively through writing too. If a customer calls in or has an issue through either email or online chat, I can effectively solve the issue and make the customer happy. I am able to calm even the angriest customer and work with them to resolve their issue in a way that satisfies them. The customer is the backbone of many industries and keeping them is tantamount to a company’s success.
