Dear Ms. Sherry Bubb,

I am applying for the customer service consultant position that was recently listed by Cascadia International, LLC.

I have a high school diploma and have worked in this industry for my entire adult career and enjoy this niche of the business world. I have worked in both call centers and as a live customer service representative working directly with customers who came to the window. I have also offered customer service via online chat and through emails and have experience in all aspects of this industry.

After working as a customer service agent I moved on to the consulting side of the industry and have helped company address their issues with their customer service departments. I have helped to implement new procedures to help companies offer better service to their customers and clients.

I have great communication skills and can run workshops or training sessions with clients or employees to either let the clients know about or train employees in the new procedures. I can also work with other departments to let them understand how they affect the customer service department so the company is working together as a whole to benefit of the clients and customers.

I do not have a problem traveling when required and have a valid passport if this includes international travel to customer service centers in other parts of the world.
