I currently hold an associate’s degree in electronics engineering and am also certified in this industry. I have worked as a customer service engineer for many years and would bring this experience to your company. I am well versed in all aspects of electronic engineering including working with computers and other types of office technology based equipment. I am highly professional and would bring this professionalism to your company.
I have installed and maintained computers that are used for the customer service department that included incoming dialers. I also installed all of the software that was needed for the department to complete their tasks. I have also installed and maintained all the copiers and projectors that were used for training and meetings with clients.
When necessary, I have installed automated teller machines, or ATMs, and electronic kiosks so customers could either conduct banking transactions or pay bills through the kiosk. I have had to go on site to repair these machines and have no problems working directly with any client to ensure their machines are in working order and that they offer the services that the clients are seeking. I also have the communication skills to train employees on new computer software or to show clients how to use their new equipment.
