I have a high school diploma and have spent most of my working years in the customer service industry in one way or another. My last position was in a customer service call center and worked my way up to supervisor and then trainer. I have the ability to assist the training manager and can help to answer any questions put to me in order to resolve any issues customers may have.

Not only I am a trainer but I have also offered top of the line customer service and can lead any training group by example in live situations. I am capable of cross training so each department has an understanding of what the other departments are responsible for.
