I have three years of experience installing and maintaining a variety of computer systems and other type of office technology. I have the training to provide support for these systems and to analyze any problems that arise to determine what action is needed to correct the problem. I can also provide troubleshooting techniques to determine what is causing an issue for customers when the problem is not obvious.
I have experience handling nightly backups and keeping the tracking system updated at all times. My experience also includes managing customer requests and keeping accurate records of all issues reported along with a detailed look at how they were resolved.
I have the skills to work with other engineers to find the solution to complicated problems and to assist other engineers with problems they are having difficulty solving. I can answer questions, recommend new products and explain to customers how to use certain products according to the guidelines to ensure optimal performance.
