I have four years of experience holding this position and I have earned a bachelor’s degree in technical writing. I have the ability to proofread, edit and make spelling and grammatical corrections to all documents before sending out or filing. I also have the ability to print, format and merge documents, charts and images together accurately, while maintaining the integrity of all original documents.
My experience includes maintaining and updating databases, creating filing systems for hard copies and working in fast-paced environments where dealing with large volumes of documents is expected. I am detail-oriented and possess active listening skills needed to ensure accuracy when creating documents.
Before sending to recipients or filing in the system, I personally made sure all documents were inspected and checked for informational errors. I made corrections immediately when necessary and made sure all documents were sent out on time.
