I am mechanically inclined, I have excellent communication skills and I have the ability to follow detailed instructions. I have the ability to help the manger maintain the facility by performing general maintenance such as changing light bulbs, mowing the grass and performing a visual inspection to look for potential problems. I also have the ability to keep a close eye on fire extinguishers to keep them up to code and to make sure the facility complies with all safety codes and regulations.
I have the ability to respond to all complaints to determine what course of action needs to be performed in order to fix the problems that occur. I have the skills to handle many maintenance problems such as water leaks, changing filters, fixing doors, etc. If a professional service needs to be called in to take care of the more serious problems such as servicing HVAC systems, I can inform management right away to get the problems taken care of as soon as possible.
I always conduct myself in a friendly but professional manner and I feel comfortable working with all types of people, therefore I have the ability to help form good customer relationships.
